My body has the following rules:
8 hours or more of sleep a night. Will usually be forgiven if I take an afternoon nap the following day. (as long as it is significant enough to make up the difference plus interest)
My body doesn’t like to get up before 9am especially when it is cold.
It likes breakfast within 30min of getting up.
Meals every 3 hours, sometimes it can go for 4 hours but only if there is limited brain use during that time.
At least 2 healthy meals a day. It wont tolerate too much junk food.
Limited exposure to dust.
Not happy with season changes eg very hot for weeks then a really cold day.
If my body is not happy then I will get hay fever symptoms, continual abuse will result in 1 day or more of this.
Seems my body is as fussy as I am. It is kind of annoying but I guess it is good to be punished for bad behaviour.
Unfortunately I frequently forget my body rules. I was a bit sick the last few days from getting 5 hours sleep and no afternoon nap :( (had to do comp work at the studio).
I’ve also haven’t been eating enough food or good food.
Now I’m trying to keep my body happy with more fruit, vegies, herbs and vitamin tablets.
Hopefully it’ll stop punishing me.

3 great movies/docos
Besides watching Jerry Springer, wrestling and bad movies, occasionally I come across a few really good things to watch.
Surprisingly I have watched 3 very good movie/docos in the last month. (Anyone who knows me knows that I’m extremely fussy and anal so I rarely say something is good)
1st one is "The Man From Earth" pretty much a dialogue only movie.
A bunch of teachers find out their buddy is leaving, they confront him and he tells them he is 14000 years old.
This movie was so good I watched it again the next day. No special effects or super hot people just a damn good story.
"Zeitgeist the Movie"
Part 1 tells us what atheists already know, that religion is a load of bs. Mostly breaking down the bible and telling us where the stories come from. (helpful for debates with religious nuts)
Part 2 is about 9/11 being an inside job and the reasons why.
Part 3 is how a bunch of rich bankers control the world and cause war to gain money (increasing America’s debt so they pay more interest on loans).
The main point of this documentary is for people to stop being stupid douche bags who blindly follow mass media.
Last good Documentary I saw a while ago was "Who Killed the Electric Car".
Due to legislation in California car companies had to build a certain number of zero emission cars.
These electric cars worked well but because car companies/oil companies make more money on regular cars they didn’t promote them and destroyed them all when the laws were changed.
Sad thing is that we could all be driving electric cars now especially with battery technology.
The electric cars were built in 96 so you can imagine how much longer the cars would run for now. Probably 4+ hours of driving which would be good for 99.9% of the population and a hybrid fuel system to keep everyone happy.
The problem is big business/people in charge use the media to manipulate the public and send out scare campaigns, then promote future technology that is basically unworkable and far away.
It’s just another use of strategic manipulation. All very easy when the general public mostly cares about what Britney/(insert dumb celebrity) is doing and how they are going to waste their next pay cheque.
I suggest anyone with a brain watches all 3 of these.

What I learnt from watching 10000BC
Ugly people are evil.
Really good looking people have great ethics.
They had really good dentists back then. No chipped crooked or missing teeth and all perfectly white.
Scruffy beards weren’t around until the 60’s cos everyone in 10000BC had well maintained facial hair.
All the animals were really big, smaller animals weren’t created until later.
You can walk from freezing conditions to the hot desert in little time, without changing your clothes or having problems adapting to conditions.
Different tribes generally had different coloured skin despite being in walking distance of one another.
Wooly mammoths worked on the pyramids, lucky for them they didn’t get too hot with all that hair.
The pyramids were built earlier than we thought.
Really tall god like people who get spears thrown at them are in at least 2 really shit movies.

Cleaning 101
It's apparent that many years of being a momma's boy doesn't prepare you for life on your own.
So far everything seems good... umm well I'm still alive and I only get sick once a month now.
Apart from CLEANING!!
cook food -- WASH DISHES
wear clothes -- WASH CLoTHES (apparently wearing the same thing for 2 weeks straight isn't hygenic, damn you society)
have a shower -- WASH TOWELS
shave/cut hair -- CLEAN ALL THE HAIR OFF THE FLOOR/SINK
sleep in a bed -- WASH SHEETS
go to the toilet -- CLEAN THE TOILET
walk around -- VACUUM
sit on a couch -- CLEAN THE FREAKING COUCH
watch tv -- DUST THE FREAKING THING
sigh sigh sigh
God has given me a big indication that I am above cleaning so I tend to do as little as possible. (Hayfever, nothing like sneazing/runny nose/ feeling like crap for half a day after cleaning a few things and being exposed to dust)
This blog was made possible because today I was called a slob, disgusting and a few other things by a germaphobe who likes to inflict pain on me when something I do is substandard so now I must clean :(
Where are my servants??

Sigh if only...
